Calendar Bonding Carded

Fibers for carded calendered nonwovens use FiberVisions’ patented skin core technology for high strength. Polypropylene has a low bonding temperature compared to other synthetic fibers such as nylon and polyester. Our fiber properties are designed for modern high-speed carding equipment.
