Fiber Stretching

1. Fiber tows from many cans are collected and stretched by increasing godet speed.
   
   
2. Spin finish is applied (determining the surface properties).
   
   
3. The fibers are crimped (mechanically).
   
   
4. Drying process.
   
   
5. The fibers are cut into 4-5 cm length.
   
   
6. The fibers are pressed, baled and packed.
