Fiber Spinning

1. The polymer is taken from the silos to the extruder.
   
   
2. The polymer is melted and mixed.
   
   
3. The melt is pumped to the spinning beams, where the fiber spinning takes place.
   
   
4. The fibers are cooled.
   
   
5. Godet speed determines the fiber thickness.
   
   
6. The fibers are grouped in tows and collected in cans for further processing.
