FiberVisions develops, manufactures and markets polyolefin staple fibers for nonwoven
applications. The Company's products add performance and processing benefits to a
variety of markets, including the hygiene, textile, automotive, and construction industries.
We are the global leader in our Field:
- World's leading supplier of polyolefin staple fiber.
- Global leader in bicomponent fibers with our partner, Chisso Corporation,
through the joint venture ES FiberVisions.
- Manufacturing facilities in North America, Europe and China serve the needs of

- Marketing and sales support to all of the world's regions: Asia, Europe, Middle
East/Africa, North America and South America.
FiberVisions is known for innovation, high-quality products and superior customer
service. The company began as a joint venture of the fibers division of Hercules
Incorporated and the Danaklon group of Jacob Holm & Sons A/S of Denmark in 1997
and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Hercules in 1998 when Jacob Holm and Sons
sold its interest.
FiberVisions entered into the bicomponent fibers business in 2000 with the formation of
ES FiberVisions, a joint venture with Chisso Corporation of Japan.
In 2006, Hercules sold 51% of the company to Snow Phipps Group, LLC. (SPG),
a private equity firm based in New York City. This transaction has provided
FiberVisions with the financial backing to fund additional growth.
