Carded Through Air Bonding

Our fibers for carded through air bonded nonwovens use bicomponent technology for high strength to meet the needs of modern high speed carding equipment. The polyethylene sheath has a low bonding temperature. A polypropylene or PET core maintains the fabric’s structural integrity.
